Four things

Tuesday January 24, 2006

Damn these interweblog memes, Tauquil has passed one along and since I am now a vote seeker I thought I best play along.

Four jobs I’ve had in my life

  • Shop assistant
  • Barman
  • Chef
  • Care worker

Four movies I can watch over and over

Four places I have lived

  • Bangor, Wales
  • Glasgow, Scotland
  • London, England
  • Cotswolds, England

Four TV shows I love to watch

  • Futurama
  • The Simpsons
  • The News
  • Anything about history

Four places I have been on vacation*

  • France (many many times)
  • Austria
  • Tunisia
  • Devon

*I hate flying, really hate it, like no fucking way am I getting on a plane, just like Mr. T off the A-team... sucker!

Four of my favourite dishes*

  • Bacon sandwich.
  • Bacon sandwich with egg.
  • Rare roast rib of beef with horseradish and all the roasty trimmings.
  • Smoked haddock risotto with a poached egg and gremolata.

*I am what is known as a casual vegetarain.

Four websites I visit daily

Four places I would rather be right now

  • Wandering around the pyramids and/or Easter island.
  • In bed.
  • Playing mattress to two, possibly three, sex crazed 21 year old lesbians with a craving for occasional older Welsh man love.
  • In the pub.

I’m with you on the Fifth Element, Futurama, Digg, Flickr and the BBC (at least the BBC News site). But you can’t put Gmail as a website you visit daily – that’s just like saying “I check my email daily” – it’s cheating. :-P

i disagree as gmail is a site and he visits it daily? thus that would meet the criteria.

    I’d say Gmail’s a webapp not a website.

The Day After Tomorrow?? It must be that impressive role by Dennis Quaid, right? Boy, it was gripping to the last second.

OK, consider my afternoon wasted as requested.

When I say ‚Äòwasted’, I mean ‚Äòsacrificed to further your vote winning cause’. But really I mean wasted.

I had no idea you were Welsh.

Now if that isn’t the silliest comment ever, I don’t know what is.

I share your third line item on “Four places I would rather be right now” all the way down to the older welsh man part… more of a “just slightly older american of welsh ancestory.”

Now, come on… make your dreams happen, john…

Dig your blog! Definitely voting for your tagline… great stuff here. And hey, no complaining about getting tagged. Some of us bloggers are never tagged and it’s such a sad blog life then. ;)

Mr T. from the A-team? Is that < thick and profound British accent >T. H. 14< /thick and profound British accent >? Just want to make sure. I thought it was Bergkamp who was wary of the diabolous flying machines.
